AUSTIN TRIP 2010

Choo-choo's. That is what this trip was all about. Austin is obsessed with them, and so we decided to head to the Texas hills to find them. Here are two that we found, one at an outlet mall in Round Rock, and the other in paradise otherwise know as Zilker Park in Austin. SUMMER VACATION

Well, summer is coming to an end. But you know it will be hot until November! Austin had a great time at Moody Gardens in Galveston. He especially loved Palm Beach. He is such a water baby. Danny and I got to enjoy a weekend getaway to San Antonio to watch the PNG Indians play (his gig). I was just excited to get some R&R by the pool. This coming weekend we're heading to the hill country again (Austin this time) to see family. More pics to come!

Austin--ONE year old!

Well, actually Austin turned One in November, but most of these pictures were taken around that time. What a year it has been. Austin brings all of us so much joy. We are so thankful for him. I'm looking foward to a fun 2010 enjoying the toddler stages.

Austin 9-12 Months

Wow, how time flies. Look who is growing by leaps and bounds. This week he'll be ONE (Nov 5th). Austin is still always happy and into everything. His favorite toys include anything with wheels or a propeller. Oh, and he LOVES our cat, Punky! Also, nothing beats being outside being pulled around in his wagon. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Austin 7-9 Month Pics

As you can see, Austin is no longer a small infant. Instead, he's quite the little tot. He is sitting up on his own and just beginning to crawl. His favorite activity is bouncing in his rainforest jumper. He can bounce nonstop for atleast 20 minutes (which caused him to develop blisters on his feet) while laughing the entire time. Austin is all boy, but still has a sweet sensitive side. He loves to snuggle and give slobbery kisses. He also has a shy side which is exposed when someone he loves (besides mom or dad) greets him with a big smile, in which case he is quick to bury his smiling face into mom or dad's chest before revealing a large bashful grin....then repeating this cuteness again and again... Austin now 6 Months old!!

Austin is now 6 months old. He is all smiles pretty much all the time, until his tummy growls. He isn't crawling yet, but can roll over many times. We enjoy living back in the mid-county area and being near our families. Click the two links below to see more pictures. Until next time...

Austin 5 Months

All has been welll with our family. Austin is the center of attention and is such a happy baby as he is always smiling. The past few weeks we have seen a couple of firsts for Austin, he went to the Fair and made his first trip to Ausitn this past weekend. We were able to stop on the way home and take some pictures of him in the bluebonnets. We woke him from a dead sleep and he was smiling away while I quickly snapped some pictures. Already Four Months old

Austin is already four months old, time is flying by..

Austin is doing great and Mommy and Daddy are finally getting to sleep all night! He is 25 3/4 inches tall and weighs in at 15 lbs 2 oz. We all took a road trip today to April's old co-worker that had a baby shower in Friendswood and Austin slept pretty much all the way there and home, execpt when he was hungry and we had to pit stop at Sonic:

Austin 3.5 Months

Sorry we haven't been posting as often. We have been busy getting settled back in Mid-County. April also has started back to work full time and I have been traveling to Houston for 3 days a week to work.

Austin seems to change week to week, growing and being more active while trying to communicate more. We have a cute video of him starting to laugh and we will be psoting some more videos and pictures in the next few days.

Austin is 3 months old!!!

Austin will lbe 3 months old on next Thursday Feb 5th. We have been busy the past few weeks as we are finally moved back to Nederland. April's job transferred back to the mid-county area so it was a blessing that we were able to do it and be close to the grandparents and family.
